By using Rallymark you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Rallymark is a platform for creating and managing sign-up events. We provide the tools — organizers are responsible for their own events and the participants they invite.

• You are responsible for the events you create and the data you collect through them
• You must have a lawful basis for collecting participant information
• You must not use Rallymark for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• You are responsible for communicating with your participants

• Organizers collect participant data through Rallymark's sign-up forms
• Rallymark processes this data on behalf of organizers to provide the service
• Participants should contact the event organizer directly with questions about how their data is used

You may not use Rallymark to:

• Collect data without participant consent
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to breach or circumvent our security

• Free tier features are provided as-is and may change over time
• Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page
• Refunds are handled case by case — contact hello@rallymark.com

• We offer discounted pricing for qualifying nonprofits and equity-focused organizations
• Eligibility is determined by Rallymark at our discretion

• Rallymark owns the platform, code, and branding
• You own your event data and participant information
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service

Rallymark is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or missed events.

• You can delete your account at any time in account settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

• We will notify organizers of material changes via email before they take effect
• Continued use of Rallymark after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
